    My husband and I stayed here Saturday, December 27th. We had previously stayed here two years ago and had a great experience, but unfortunately this time was not like the first at all. Extremely rude staff at the front desk. Dirty, smelly room. Broken toilet flusher that we had to fix ourselves. Shower faucet, half broken. Loud music and partying all night with screaming kids outside and running up and down the balconies. This continued until 2 AM when the police finally showed up. They ended up overcharging us and then never reimbursed the full amount; only a partial. They did let us know that this place is under new management. I will say this new management should be ashamed of themselves. My husband and I will never stay at this establishment again and we have already let other people we know not to stay there. This is listed as a 2 star hotel when it really should be listed as a 1 star hotel.

    Do not stay, worst hotel I have ever stayed at from cleanliness, to staff was horrible, photos are very old and does not look like that this place is very ran down. Rooms are musty smelling, bathroom are full of mold, no hot water at all even after running for 30 minutes, management does not return messages, they double charge you, they lie to corporate and say then refunded our money when they did not. We attempted to stay but with these conditions it that doesn't even meet bare minimum expectations this location is not a good choice at all. Front desk is not available 24/7 as it says, no breakfast or coffee that we noticed. We couldn't even stay at the hotel and had to shower at a friend's B&B because the water was freezing and we told the front desk we were not staying and they double billed us anyways lied to corporate about refunding, and still haven't heard back from multiple messages left in person and calling that was 4 days ago. I say again stay somewhere else, comfort inn is not a bad option it's a little more but they have very clean rooms, hot breakfast coffee, hot water and very relaxing.

    10/10 both 2 people at front desk were so nice and helpful! stayed for a week and a day and i didn't have any issues. the regular rooms were pretty clean no problems at all, upgraded too a suite that was only $30 and had a pretty outside view of the bay! 10/10 recommend staying here. Also very pet friendly i had a xl pitbull and they had no problem with him staying there. pool was very clean and so was the hot tub that was the only thing that wasn't working but with this heat it wasn't a problem at all. lovedd staying here will forsure be back soon! i recommend if you ask me! 😁😁😁😁

    I am only giving the place 3 stars for one reason. The front desk guy tonight is very polite. I booked a king size room and got put in a 2 queen bed room. Whatever I guess a bed is a bed. The biggest issue is I have a service dog and they are asking for proof. Which is against ADA law. I ended up just paying the $25 dollar pet fee because my dogs paperwork is buried in my trunk somewhere. I will be addressing this with the manager in the morning. If my $25 dollar pet fee is not refunded I will be contacting the Department of Justice since they are violating ADA law. If you’re going to run a business you need to educate yourself on the law and what you can and can’t ask for. You’re asking for a lawsuit to happen and frankly I’m surprised it hasn’t happened yet. The front desk guy tonight is not to blame for this as he is doing his job and it was obvious to me he was afraid not to ask for proof because as he said “they will ask me for the proof first thing in the morning” he is the only reason I’m giving the stars I gave. You need to do better and stop violating the law before you end up sued and shut down.

    Pictures are deceiving. The blow dryer didn’t work, called office and I had to get it from them instead they bringing it to me along with I had no wash clothes. No coffee until 7:00 am. Coffee wasn’t available at 6:00 am. I reserved online, it was prepaid, arrived at the motel and there was an extra charge of $5.00. In which was a surprise. Read your fine print. I who not recommend this motel.
