The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and Rosa truly made the experience special. She was warm, attentive, and took great pride in ensuring everything was fresh and well prepared. The food was delicious and the service welcoming—an outstanding start to the day. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. Was a great stay at first having to stay there while home repairs were being made. The staff was very unprofessional I believe their name to be Carlos at the front desk. Watching my girlfriend on the cameras until she entered her room alone and would call the room repeatedly. Made her feel uncomfortable getting calls as soon as she entered room. Brought our dog for the first time and even though during the setting up of the stay they had let them know about 2 dogs having to stay there sometimes. They demanded we take care of it right away instead of being respectful by asking us when can we take care of signing paperwork. Personal Ambassador team attempted to message them but didn’t fix the issue. Won’t be coming back and will have insurance change to a different hotel brand. Uncomfortable stay for us 0/5 stars 🫡
During other stays they will have buses outside because a lot of athletes stay there making a lot of sound, we usually don’t complain but staff wants to be extra.
If you want a good nights sleep you might want to skip this place.
Decent hotel. Beds weren’t super comfortable and for a newer hotel it’s already showing a lot of wear & tear in the rooms, so could definitely use better upkeep.
My room’s a/c never really got cold and the room had a weird musty smell to it.
But might stay here again if it were convenient.
The breakfast was hands down the best breakfast I’ve had Marriott’s Select Properties. (The lady making the food was also very sweet!)
Very friendly and accommodating. Especially Rosa in the kitchen was very friendly and accommodating in providing us with an earlier than advertised breakfast so that we can continue with our day. The food was delicious and the prep stations were immaculately clean and well organized. Would definitely stay there again when traveling to that area.
My family and I recently stayed at the Towneplace Suites. All the staff was very professional and extremely kind. The hotel was modern, very clean, quiet and well maintained. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We got a chance to meet the General Managers who were very personable. The hotel is in a great location close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.
