Very nice and super clean spacious rooms. I also want to give a shout out to the front desk staff name Robert. Robert was very attentive and very caring. After off loading my stuff into my room I went to park my car in the back and before I knew it Robert was there just to make sure that I was safe since it was late at night. Which meant a lot to me and made our stay felt even more safe....Kudos to you Robert and Super 8 motel!
This place is cheap and it was close to where I wanted to go, but otherwise I'd pick another motel if I were you.
Around 7:00pm on night 2 of my 2 night stay, a group of guys in big trucks started tailgating in the parking lot right outside my room with music and talking and laughing loudly. I called the front desk to see if they could ascertain how long they'd be after they'd already been there about an hour because I didn't feel comfortable as a single woman confronting them. Around 9pm I called the desk again for an update and the desk person said their manager had talked to them and found out they would be done around 10:30 or 11:00pm. Apparently there's no noise ordinance? The front desk person apologized, but didn't offer me any solutions, so I checked out and went to Comfort Inn.
If not for this, I would've rated the stay as just meh. The towels were rough and the room was institutional-chic with almost entirely bare white walls (there was one black and white piece of art behind the bed) and tiled floor with no rugs of any kind to dampen the echoes. The AC unit was also really loud when it cycled, which kept waking me up tge first night.
I was also really taken aback when I opened the door on what appeared to be a ground floor room and there were two flights of stairs leading to a hallway that connected to a separate bathroom and bedroom and another random locked door. If you're mobility-challenged, forget about staying here. It's not at all ADA compliant.
Staff for shift 1pm so inconsiderate. We booked for 2nights and have been staying for like 3nights already but we had to check out because we thought our semi truck be released. But unfortunately it wasn’t released until Monday Nov 10, 2025. So our company booked us here again and we understand that check in time is at 4pm But we were not allowed to wait in their reception area but we can leave our stuff. In the morning past 11am we were allowed to wait until they have available room. We just left to eat nearby but when we came back we are not anymore allowed to wait in their reception area. Why is it that the staff before her allowed us but when it’s her duty it’s not allowed. I don’t understand. My experience here with this hotel and the towing company is so mean. Businesses here if not all are so mean. We are not from here but in good faith we’ve been considerate in almost all situations. But with our situation right now no one is considerate. Never will i book in this place again.

3 weeks agoWell for starters unless they clean the ventilation system on the AC and heating, or your allergy's are bad, the ventilation,is awful.
