I was not in a room I was actually at their ballroom. Customer service was very good. Catering was good.

I've been here visiting and I decided to stay here for the last night because it was a supposedly 5 star hotel...but what we experienced was scary and traumatizing. We were told to come back in an hr or so and we did. We came back after eating dinner and went into the room and everything was okay til we tried to turn on the lights and they wouldn't turn on..so I called the front desk and she explained to me about the extra key card turning on the ac and lights, why they didn't explain that to us at first when we made the reservations, idk. So anyways, we walked up to our room and went to sleep around 10:30pm and we heard someone trying to come into our room with a key card but it denied it, which was good but my boyfriend got up and checked the hole and saw no one. But he noticed the latch inside was pushed back and he asked me if I did that and I said no. So, someone tried to come in during the night and this morning(04/17/25). We told the front desk and she said that we should've reported it to them so they could check the cameras but we told her it happened this morning so you should be able to but she didn't look, she just apologized and that was it. So idk what happened, but I don't feel safe staying there ever again. Especially paying the price I paid for a 5 star hotel.

This was my second time staying in a hotel in Mexico and I can say I really liked this one. Security at the parking gate at al times. You had your room do with a security feature. If you did not close it all the way a small alarm would go off or if someone started messing with the handle on the outside it would also go off. Breakfast was not included and it really wasn't good enough to pay for but service was good. Overall enjoyed my stay.

I highly recommend this place. It was very clean and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The location is great since it's not too far from where I live, the place is really fancy and comfortable, the service was good, including really clean restrooms and nice coffee. The sound was perfect but the screen could've been better (was barely able to read some small letters because of the pixels being noticeable). I think it's a perfect place for any kind of event, I've been there a few times and it was always pleasant.
