The rooms are super clean and staff treat you like family. Great customer service! Not to mention the rates spare your wallet from taking a big hit. I'll be staying there every time I'm in town.

The front desk girl is rude like she’s doing a favor to the customer, deff will never stay again in this hotel I’ve would give it -5 start if it was possible

I don’t think people there is able to work in costumer service. They just don’t know how to handle concerns . And they expect you to know what they only know / I didn’t book and I’m happy for it .
Never will be a first time I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR THE rude ATTITUDE FOR EVERYONE THERE TO FIX CONCERNS AND A LACK OF PROPERLY MANAGEMENT FOR FIX PROBLEMS so they need to hire people with tact and costumer service experience. Don’t even waste your time to call for a complaint !

Garbage hotel. Checked in at 1130pm for a few hours sleep. Air did not work and charged an extra 40.00 for dogs when they slept in our truck! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Not friendly at all and fraudsters!
Update: This place is a SCAM. shows my large dogs (mini schnauzers) leaving the room at just after 5am, but no video of us entering the room seconds earlier. And apparently carrying your blankets and pillows in to avoid using their bedding is an additional charge!
And this clown says nothing about renting a room with little to no AC!
Horribly standoffish at check in like they were doing a favor checking me in.
Total dump looking to scam the general public.

I’ve stayed here twice (January 2024 and May 2024) and the second time was worse than the first. It’s an affordable option, but the rooms weren’t very clean: I found a dead spider and dead ant, and a used bottle of male sexual enhancement drugs. It’s just clear the cleaning service didn’t do a thorough job. Probably won’t stay here again. 3 stars because of very friendly staff!
