This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. I can't compliment it enough. The woman at check in was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and had pretty decor. Esp the bathroom. The room also had a little fridge and microwave. Much appreciated. Ice machine conveniently located. And the bed! The most comfortable bed, pillows, covers ever. I slept so well. Excellent room darkening blinds. Quiet. Restful. Seriously. This place is awesome. Kudos to the entire staff.
The hotel was clean and conveniently located near a variety of dining options, which was especially helpful for a late arrival. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. When I experienced a few minor issues with my room, they promptly accommodated me with another room on the same floor. Overall, the room had everything needed for a comfortable short stay.
I have been staying in this hotel off and on and I can only say that by far this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff treat you really nice always with a good attitude always willing to help with any questions you might have. I love their breakfast especially the salsa tastes amazing the tortillas always warm and the waffles are my favorite. Front desk always welcoming you with a great smiling and great gratitude. I have no complaints The rooms were amazing. The front desk introduced me to the New GM as she was checking out she was friendly and very helpful. I really recommend this place I give it a 5 Star!
The main issue with the room was a complete lack of soundproofing, especially with the adjacent room. I could hear everything through the connecting door between the two rooms. Talking, sneezing, urinating, showering, TV, you name it. We might as well have all been in the same room. Between that noise and the constant highway noise, the stay was far from relaxing.
On the upside, the room was in decent condition, clean, and housekeeping changed my towels and garbage bins every other day, which I appreciated.
Service was great ...Marlene at first building was great and her hospitality was awesome. The guy where we actually booked our stay was just as great...we will be returning here for our yearly visit here. Marlene also mentioned all the dos and don'ts of hotel management after the bad experience we had at the holiday inn express across the street frok us behind the Rudy's on Nolana. Thank you La Quinta for saving the day with a much nicer room.
