Hotel O Colonial Inn Brownsville Tx

As soon as I lay down, I started feeling itchy, bed bugs. The sheets were dirty. I should have paid better attention. I walked out immediately. And the doors did not have locks. Homeless people outside the place was just dirty.

The room doors don't close. Exposed wall sockets. Lights in bathroom are missing with wires exposed. Windows broken and held together with tape. Worst of it is they refused to give a refund. I am contesting the charge on my credit card. Don't book here!!!

Got here minus one and got upgraded to a single king with no issues! Great service, amazing older historical hotel, they make you feel right at home and go above and beyond any holiday inn or Hilton I've ever been to!

Great place to rest and relax. Very good service and the people are very helpful. Very close to Mexico or the bus that goes to the island.

I mean, it reminds me of the buildings back in NYC. The staff is very very nice.
