    Stayed during Christmas time and had a great experience! Jacob was professional and on point. Naomi and Carolina were great as well. On another important note-I left a bag with plenty of value (wallet/cash/jewelry ect) and got everything back in the mail! An honest, friendly staff and responsive management! I’ll be staying here every time I go to The Valley!

    ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ Irene at the front desk deserves special recognition. From the moment I checked in, she has been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. When I needed to extend my stay, she explained my options clearly and made the whole process smooth. She even ensured I could stay in the same room without any inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. Her attitude, patience, and customer service are outstanding. Irene is one of the main reasons this hotel feels organized , welcoming, and stress-free. She is a real asset to this property.

    I had an event at the Meeting Room of Homewood Suites In Harlingen. Best decision Ever. Staff was off the charts: WONDERFUL. They made organizing an event easy and efficient. they also were great with the vendors. All of our guest who stayed at the location for the event were also very impressed. Thank You to all.

    I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, the room service here are the kindest and nicest of all of the rooms I’ve ever stayed in. As far as the rooms themselves go; check for mold in the AC. It took several attempts to get maintenance to service mine, and then it completely stopped blowing cold air after they came to “service” it. If you have loud neighbors it might be easy to hear them through the thinner walls, otherwise the rooms themselves are very clean.

    We are trying to change the date for our stay because a mistake and they just decided they can’t make it work stating there’s no availability but when we are trying to make another reservation for the correct dates it is availability. Very disappointed because we are doing this ahead of time and willing to pay the difference price. They also are declining to make a full refund if we cancel since there’s not “availability” on the date needed. Now we will lose this money and need to book elsewhere.
