I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express 4 times in the past couple of years. It is always outstanding. The rooms are very clean which is my #1 priority in a hotel room. The pool is also consistently very clean. I have never had an issue with check-in or the front desk staff. This trip Jacinto was particularly friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is decent for being included in the room rate. I'll stay here again and again. And I'm a picky person lol.
This place was great! Wonderful service, very nice and professional! They had a lot to choose from for breakfast and the hours for breakfast suited the family. Some wake up early and some a little later so it worked out perfectly. It was peaceful and very clean. Thank you for having us!
I usually love staying at Holiday Inn Express. But this one is a huge disappointment . Christmas morning and breakfast was the worst I have ever had. No bacon or sausage. They had eggs, beans, and potatoes. Web site photo shows bacon and sausage. The potatoes were horribly dry, beans yuck, cinnamon rolls dry. Lady in breakfast area said they did not have any. Front desk was confused and said they should have bacon and sausage. I don't think the front desk lady normally works this hotel.

11 months agoThis place was great! Wonderful service, very nice and professional! They had a lot to choose from for breakfast and the hours for breakfast suited the family. 8 months agoWe had a minor shower problem and Mr. Garcia came to the room within a minute and fixed it in two minutes. Great job Mr. Garcia! Great place to stay!
