Before you book, make sure their renovations are complete! My husband & I came for a quick get a way & some rest for a birthday weekend- before 8 am on Saturday morning we heard drilling, hammering, moving furniture. I called the front desk & I was informed the noise was due to remodeling on the 3rd floor. Then why were we put on the 2 nd floor when the hotel seems to be pretty empty this time of the year? Very few cars in the parking lot. Needless to say- not a restful weekend.
I stayed at this hotel a week ago and it was a great stay! Rooms are comfy and breakfast was great! The lady at breakfast I believe her name is Gloria if I'm not mistaken, She treated us so kind and was very welcoming best customer service we have received at any hotel we been to. I 100% recommend staying here.
Jessica and Adie great customer service The rooms provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests. The cleanliness of the rooms was clearly well-maintained and appreciated. Furthermore, the cozy environment enhanced the overall experience of the stay. The pool area also presented a clean and inviting space for relaxation. Overall, it suggests a positive and enjoyable experience for visitors.
I check in my room and check the pillows and see a cockroach and we requested for anther room because we felt uncomfortable in that room and we found a lot of dirty pillows in our room when we went to another room I think they were also bedbugs because at some point they were infested in a lot of bedbugs. Dont recommend to come

2 weeks agoHot breakfast, kinda quite room and a leaking shower door flooded the bathroom floor. Close to where I needed to be so it worked out for me.
