Stay was absolutely sketchy. No locks on the windows, doors on side of building have card readers but are broken so anyone is able to just walk in. Charged $150 deposit and wouldn't refund it due to "smell of marijuana" when neither me or my fiancé smoke. Do not recommend for anyone other than streetwalkers or druggies.
Stayed becuase we had no choice then as I was checking out i was hit with their 150$ smoking fee we never even smoked in the room called would not give a manager and just kept saying sorry. watch out they will charge you for smoking in the room even if you are not.. im not a smoker
Rooms were fair for the price and considering the history of this hotel it has cleaned up very well! Pool and lounging area were very nice. Management was great! No issues really other than cleaning staff in the morning was pretty loud but over all nothing serious. We would stay again.
Good: The front desk staff are nice. The room is spacious. Parking is free.
Bad: The floor is sticky (I am not sure why). The Internet is really slow. The breakfast has varieties but don't taste good.
This hotel deserves absolutely NO STARS !!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE from the manager. I asked for a connecting room and their website had a deluxe DOUBLE ROOM and ended up with 1 room! Smelled awful! Doors were stained with some black stains. Room wasn't cleaned properly. JUST AWFUL! manager refused to give us a full refund. We were scammed basically DO NOT COME HERE ! ITS NOT MADE FOR FAMILIES
