    I recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was an average experience. The property looks great from the outside, and the lobby, pool, patio, and outdoor areas were nice. The staff service was good, and Kiki (the hotel cat) was adorable — definitely a highlight of the stay. However, the room condition was disappointing. The blanket, towels, and bedsheets were dirty and felt poorly maintained. Breakfast quality was also very cheap and not enjoyable. The rooms did not match the photos shown on Google — the pictures looked much better than what we actually got. The room was okay, but far from what was advertised. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2/5. Good ambience and service, but rooms and breakfast quality need major improvement, and room photos should represent reality more accurately. Staff and cleanliness are nice.

    I would highly recommend. The staff is really nice and polite. The manager lady is really nice.They understand when you have someone handicap they work with you. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is good. 10/10

    I love this hotel thanks to Amy. She made this a great experience. I can’t thank her enough for making our trip a lot more easier and comfortable. She was great attentive and caring. I look forward to coming back and seeing her. This was probably the most stress-free trip I’ve ever took Thank you, Amy and country Inn

    Winter Texans enjoyed our time at this hotel. Suite was roomy and comfortable. Clarissa and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great breakfast with several options. Very clean and a convenient location. We've made reservations for next winter!

    Not a fan. Hotel shuttle is nonexistent. No cable tv in the bedroom, just a Roku tv. Nothing within walking distance. Definitely not worth the 4.3 stars it currently has. Reply: Unfortunately when I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk said he would call the shuttle and call me back. Never heard from him so I called him back 10 minutes later, he forgot to call the shuttle. So finally when he finally talked to the shuttle they said it would be 20 more minutes. I chose to take an uber instead of waiting 30+ mins for the shuttle service. That night I tried to schedule the shuttle to the airport at 5:40am. The gentleman at the front desk called me to inform me the shuttle schedule “was too tight, and we cannot accommodate you a shuttle to the airport.” The next morning Lyft couldn’t find me a driver, and finally uber was able to take me. Don’t say you have a shuttle service for my convenience, if you’re not gonna have a shuttle for me.
