Casa Bella Hotel & Suites

Stayed at this place last weekend and was not happy at all. I never really write reviews but felt the need to warn others before booking. I booked my room online and thought everything was good to go until we got there. The manager went on to say there was a resort fee of $7 and a $100 deposit that needed to be cash. Nothing on the website said so. He also charged us an extra $25 for a second vehicle to be parked staring that it will be towed if not payed for All the hidden fees were ridiculous, especially after seeing the room. Room was dirty, AC was loud, bathroom was dirty, floors were dirty, towels were dirty and to top it off there was a very old bag of takeout food that was left for who knows how long. When checking out another manager told me if I had payed all the fees, I told her yes. She then asked me how much I payed for parking and deposit and I told her she had the receipts in her hand and why she was asking. I also told he about the old takeout food and she just shrugged. I would have stayed in my car had I known how bad it would be.

Awesome location if you like to fish. There is a fishing pier next to the pool where you get to fish right there in the marina without having to drive anywhere to look for fishing spots. Slept comfortably. No issues except that we saw 2 roaches. I wasnt aware of the cash deposit so we had to run to the local stripes to get cash out. Luckily, I brought them down from $100 to $20.

Looked like a really nice place from the pictures on different websites so we wanted to try it out. We wanted to check in before 4pm and was told we would be charged an early check in fee so we figured the place was really busy. Upon arrival the parking lot was really empty at 1pm on a Saturday. Didn’t see room service cleaning any rooms but still had to pay an early check in fee. Wasn’t happy about that but whatever. The room was really nice and clean but soon found out swimming pool was closed for cleaning and hot tub was not hot was basically a kiddy pool. Very strict on parking have to have a parking pass in your window, and not allowed to park a golf cart there. If you do there are signs posted saying they are going to have it towed. Tried to check out at 8 am and office was closed and locked no breakfast and no coffee. Overall place looked really nice but won’t be back.

Worst hotel to stay at. Had to pay a cash deposit for a room that was already paid for with card. We never got our deposit back. When we called about the deposit, the guy at the office said we could come pick up the deposit today and today only and would not return the deposit on our card. He told us that we were supposed to stay until he checked the room, but we were never told anything about staying for the deposit to be returned. We were already back home, over 14 hours away. The room also had roaches, had sand all over the floor, was dirty with what appeared to be sand in the shower, there was a hole in the balcony door. The ac was loud when it did kick on. The beds were hard and the sheets were dirty, with burn holes in the blankets. We weren’t even in the room but to shower and sleep. We will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reserved a room with a jacuzzi and when I got there it was not available, the floors were slippery, the water kept running out of the handicapped bathroom. First night we saw two roaches. There were dead bed bugs in the lamp shade.
