Cambria Hotel McAllen Convention Center

Excellent hotel, great service morning and night. Clean quiet rooms! Comfortable beds. Abraham Gomez friendly, laughing and excellent service! Front desk helps with outside fire and asks if we need anything. Very impressed and great meeting Roxanne! Thank you, will stay again

The reason that I would give this hotel a 10 is for several reasons but the number one reason is the hotel staff. Ricki, Katerina, Benito, and everyone else make this hotel amazing. Rooms are always impeccably clean. Very spacious, great AC in room. Kueirg coffee makers in room. Refrigerator, microwave and large flat screen wall mounted televisions. Beautiful pool and lounge area. Amazing hot breakfast cooked by amazing kitchen staff. This hotel for a hundred reasons earns a 10 but the hotel staff that work so hard makes this hotel a 100.

The service at the front desk with Blanca was excellent. When I got into my room it was very roomy and clean. The only complaint I have is that there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. Blanca helped me out when I told her about the toilet paper issue. She had housekeeping bring it to me quickly. Other than that, this it was very comfortable and welcoming experience for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to this area.

Honestly the room was nice looking, but the bed was awful… had a big dip in the middle. The restroom ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. On day three, was supposed to get room service for our room but was not done at all. Had to call to get clean towels delivered. On day four we left almost all day and came back to a dirty room again. So once room service came they only took trash and replaced towels, and added more body wash to the soap dispenser. Not as great as it has been before. It also is not our first time there. I was dissatisfied.

My 12 year old Found a condom in the room and we reported it they will not move us to another room. We know that would they do anything about it or even acknowledge it. I highly recommend staying at the cleaner motels in the area. I’m already writing reviews and have already wrote some reviews already yesterday.
