Room was clean but there were sprinklers on the ceiling clearly missing any kind of covers where you could see through the ceiling. When I went to adjust the shower head height I noticed it was pulled appx 1 foot or so from the wall and moved around. Just some odd things. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and staff was amazing.
I stayed with my pet and the staff made sure I was comfortable when I had to leave her for a short time to run an errand. Overall a great experience, just needs a few fixes.

I fly every week over 200,000 miles a year. I usually stay at Hiltons, but when I fly to McAllen I always book this location…
The front staff was super polite and helpful. Breakfast was pretty great. The pool was super freezing but the kids had fun anyways. The rooms were nice but the walls were either thin or the doors didn't seal great because you could hear regular talking from the hallway. Check out was nice and easy.
Visiting my hometown for my grandsons graduation! Stayed at best Western for couple of days. Great service,and so quite .I also want to recognize housekeeper Laura for doing a great job in cleaning our room! As a retired supervisor from Housekeeping and laundry I saw the hard work housekeepers do! Keep smiling Ms Laura!
This is my second time staying at this Hotel, I picked this Hotel because of the convenient location being across from the airport and next to the mall, the first time I stayed here everything was perfect, the rooms where comfortable and clean! Sad to report that on my second time and it wasn’t nothing like before, the room has traces of mold everywhere, the floor looked like there was something greasy in it and wasn’t properly mopped/cleaned. I stayed with my family and we where just staying one night while we where waiting on a flight next morning so trying to argue for a room exchange was going to be more inconvenient and a hassle since our stay was being so short! Hopefully the Hotel management pays more close attention to their rooms proper maintenance and cleaning to avoid this unpleasant experiences with other customers. Based on our experience it would be the last time staying at this hotel.
