Super 8 by Wyndham Harlingen TX

This is the worst Wyndham I've ever stayed in. The location is the only redeeming quality. We were visiting family. No phone in the room, no coffee in the room, no soap, shampoo, no remote control for the television. I asked multiple times for it and received nothing. The Front desk blamed housekeeping. My family came for breakfast and the waffle batter was empty both days, coffee was empty. There was a sign that said they would be out for the next 15 minutes on the front desk. The breakfast they offer is all sugar or bread. The hard boiled eggs didn't smell fresh and may of been refrigerated for several days. The building was under construction and the pool was closed. This place literally only offers a clean bed and shower. It's not worthy of the Wyndham brand and I'll not return. Go next door, don't stay here.

The pictures on the site are false. This place was the worst hotel I've ever been. The rooms smelled moist like mold. The cable TV didn't work. They put me into another room just as bad if not worse. They didn't want to refund me for early check out. I couldn't believe they were affiliated with Wyndham. Im sorry for not taking pictures I couldn't get out fast enough.

I for one am disappointed ☹️ rooms had roaches 🪳 and even after I stepped on one and purposely left it there to see if housekeeping would clean it, they didn’t, came back and roach was still there! Never ever again will I stay at this place, other than that everything was ok but the clogging toilets .

I can say I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had a fair price. The lady at the front desk was very nice and made it easy for us to check in.

Very nice room with a couch. Looks recently renovated. Very friendly staff
