This room was extremely expensive for what we got. The furniture was torn. The windows were so old, you could not see anything other than smudges due to wear and weather. One of the beds was in a visible u-shape, and the hallway was stale and smelled very dirty. You walk into the hotel and it's nice and updated, but the rooms are poor. We had rooms on the 1st and 3rd floor and both were in poor shape. They are proudly displaying their plans for a renovation, but the experience was so bad that I won't go back even when the rooms are renovated.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Especially for a Special Occasion I had stayed at this hotel before without any issues, so I booked again for my wedding weekend (August 7-11) expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disaster from start to finish. We checked in on Thursday, August 7, and went Friday, Saturday (our wedding day), and Sunday without our room being cleaned — despite repeatedly asking at the front desk. Each time, we were told they had other priorities but would send someone up, but we’d return to find the room untouched. By Sunday, the trash was overflowing, we had no clean towels, and the room was in desperate need of cleaning. Only after going downstairs yet again and waiting did they finally send someone. When we tried to do laundry while the room was being cleaned, we were told we needed quarters. They wouldn’t take a card, so we went upstairs to get cash — only to be told when we returned that they didn’t have change after all. The hallways were dirty, the in-room A/C units were extremely loud, and overall the property felt neglected. For such an important trip that we spent a lot of money on, this stay was incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing. I truly expected better.

Stayed here over 80 nights over the past six months. Most of the rooms are nice, but a good portion of the rooms have significant water damage and smell like mold and are constantly damp. They have a lot of water damage in the hallways as well and have to run fans constantly. My biggest gripe is the laundry situation. It’s very expensive at $1.50 per wash and dry. The two washers/dryers on the left constantly eat your quarters and you’re not able to add more time to the two on the left because they don’t function as they should. The dryer time is also only set for 30 minutes so if you have any heavy work clothes, nothing gets dry with one cycle. There’s also only four sets total for this giant hotel. The laundry situation, if you are here for business, is a huge pain and at over $1000 per week you would think it would be free.

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. Lisa, made this place feel like home. She constantly went above and beyond for us. This place is truly and gem, I will be going back

Stay was nice, pool and Gazebo area isn’t maintained very well. Gazebo has 100’s of leaks in the roof, and the area is filthy dirty. Rooms are pretty clean but my bathroom ceiling has mold growing on it. I will however have to praise the Cooks in the morning making breakfast, it was absolutely delicious and very clean.
