⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I used to stay at this Holiday Inn often during my railroad career as a conductor, and I was really impressed to see how much they’ve updated the rooms since then. Everything looks fresh, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the temperature was perfect, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier — truly an amazing team. It’s also in a great location with everything you need within walking distance. I had to be back in the area recently, and I’m really glad I chose to stay here again. It still feels like a home away from home!
Very Disappointing Stay
This hotel advertises free breakfast, but when we arrived, there was none available. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so it was extremely frustrating and misleading. On top of that, the room had mold, which is completely unacceptable and a health concern. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
On September 24th , I arrived at this hotel to rent a room for a few days. I had checked the offer on booking.com, but since I was nearby, I decided to ask at the reception if they could offer me a better price. Unfortunately, I am very sorry to say that the receptionist told me everything was sold out. Of course, that wasn’t true, because the booking.com listing was still active. I felt discriminated against, offended, and attacked because of my race, skin color, or origin. I am deeply upset. All the more so because the receptionist was not alone — there was a man (another employee of this hotel)with her. After lying to me — which was obvious since she didn’t even look at the computer — she exchanged a knowing look with her colleague. I feel humiliated because of this treatment. I hope that the hotel management will take this matter seriously.
I traveled with a friend for ministry. The first room they gave us had high mold i was extremely itchy and i have asthma so trouble breathing. They gave us a better room but no beds made for time there nor room cleaned even after asking. There was one lady Margaret who did her best to help us but she was off for weekend and we had dishes piled up and unmade beds the staff were friendly. Im not sure if my deposit was returned even though room was fully paid for. This hotel needs help. I wish i could give a better review but seriously it was a difficult experience
The rooms appeared brand new. Except the bathroom. Under the soap holder appeared to be moldy in shower. Recommend this be added to room checklist. The clerk was polite and not rude. But a smile goes a long way. Try an enthusiastic welcome or hello with a smile.
