The room was nice however the coffee pot had mold and hadn’t been cleaned out and there is guys underwear under the bathroom sink. That’s the only reason why I gave 4 stars. We went to breakfast at 6 am and I will say that was the best time because it just opened and nobody was down at the time. The hot tub was extremely hot but there is a sign that gives a warning. I wouldn’t put my kid in there. Lizzet at the front desk was so nice and helpful! Despite her having an eventful night, she kept a smile and her attitude was great.
I have been to The Quinta located in Alamo, Tx off the expressway. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Sandra and Lizzet helped us out during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone ! We enjoyed breakfast each morning and the location was very convenient!
Breakfast was cold every day we stayed, there was no vending machine when we went down the lady was although very nice the but system was "not working" but was working to check in several guest but not to get concessions? The pool hours we were informed closed at 7 but then changed it to 930 but sign says 11, not sure why there is so many issues for our very over priced stay!
Couldn't find my Expedia booking at check-in. Eventually gave me a room. Room had a leaking AC, molded floors, and a dead roach on the floor. Went downstairs to get a refund, and said they couldn't because Expedia had the money, not them.
Because I just drove 9 hours, I asked for a different room. Clerk had to call his manager to make sure that was okay. ?. New room was fine, if youre okay with a shower that didn't drain.
Best part of this stay was check-out. Do not recommend. Also, their elevators are a horror film waiting to happen.
