Room smelled very damp and stuffy - kind of like wet laundry. But it was quiet, and the mattresses were comfortable. The room seemed clean as well. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the woman running the breakfast is great.
The room is used!! I was trying to explain to him that we had already stayed a night and we was moving to the other room because of the AC going out. The man got so upset and paced again checking the whole room for my personal items, and was trying to get in my face. I went straight to the phone and called Vanessa. When Vanessa picked up I told her do you hear this man yelling at me and getting violent?? Vanessa replied with yes ma’am, I told them you was moving your stuff and that you was returning the laundry basket. The FIRST MAINTENANCE MAN DIDNT SAY ONE WORD!! Didn’t defend me by telling the man that was getting loud with me by saying, hey she was in this room when I came to check the AC the first time. The man proceeded to yell at me and tell me this room doesn’t belong to you when I CLEARLY HAD THE KEY IN MY HAND!!!! Because I wasn’t done moving my stuff!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT WAS GOING ON NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL IN A BUSINESS Establishment. I asked the man for his name and he proceeded to give me a name that I later found out it was FAKE. He knew he was in the wrong!!! I head out the room and both men followed behind me. The man is still cussing on the phone and taking BAD ABOUT THE RECEPTION AND CALLING HER OUT HER NAME SAYING SHE CANT DO HER JOB!! I rushed down stairs and somehow the maintenance man and the other man beat me to it. The man told Vanessa something I couldn’t hear and made her cry. She was crying and was trying to explain to him the same thing I was saying in the room. Yet again he didn’t want to hear anything. Whoever he was on the phone with probably told him to leave. He was going back and forth with the person on the phone and Vanessa. I told him he was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I asked him if he was a maintenance man or the owner, because of the way he was handling things. He acted as if he OWNED THE PLACE. Both men walk out and leave. I was trying to calm Vanessa down and was apologizing to her for causing this situation by requesting a room change due to the AC UNIT NOT WORKING. Vanessa proceeded to wipe her tears and tell me no ma’am, IM THE ONE WHO IS SORRY ITS NOT YOUR FAULT. I was doing my job by accommodating you. I asked Vanessa for the General manager’s information as well as the man who treated me like garbage as a paying customer. She proceeded to give me his name OMAR!!!! THIS IS THE MAN WHO TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL IN A BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT, where I was a paying customer and intimidated, harassed, and cursed me as well as the receptionist Vanessa out. I turned my KEY IN TO VANESSA FOR THE HOT ROOM, and walked to my room on the 1st floor in disbelief of what had gone on. 45 minutes when by and I went back to check up on Vanessa and there was another older lady in her place. I asked the lady for the choice hotel number and she proceeded with is everything okay? I told her no ma’am! I was recently moved due to the hot AC. When I said that her face expression changed and asked me what happened, I proceeded to tell her what happened and she started getting an attitude with me asking me why I was in the room?? How I got in the room?? I was trying to tell her and she cut me off by telling me I had came up there to argue with her. I looked at her in disbelief, when I clearly was just answering her question. I told her I had the key to the room. That if she wanted to she could RUN THE CAMERAS BACK AND SEE THE WHOLE THING!!

Stayed yesterday had a wonderful night bed was very comfortable. Front staff was very friendly enjoyed breakfast. Homemade salsa potato and egg beans..delicious
The room was ok. They had a power off button and expected us to turn the whole place off when we left. The room was clean. The halls and entryway were dirty and the entry was dangerous with paper and water from the pool making it slick and it remained that the majority of our stay.
