    If we'd known the kitchen was closed, we wouldn't have booked here -- but the hotel doesn't disclose that until you check in. Apparently, you can get a "breakfast bag" (which was never offered) or go next door for breakfast. We had questions about "going next door" but they don't staff the front desk at night or in the morning, so we couldn't ask. The room was fine, but we'll stay elsewhere our next visit.

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We didn’t even end up staying the night because the conditions were unsafe and the customer service was unacceptable from start to finish. Check-in was uncomfortable right away. The woman at the front desk acted as if our arrival was an inconvenience and provided terrible customer service. We were placed in a first-floor room directly next to the indoor pool. The room smelled musty, felt damp, and the air felt heavy — almost wet. We left for the day hoping the room would air out. When we returned late, changed into pajamas, and got into bed, the smell of mold was overwhelming. The bed itself felt damp. Almost immediately, I began coughing and had an asthma attack. I called the front desk to ask if it was possible to change rooms. Before I could even explain my medical condition, the front desk employee cut me off and repeatedly told me to “call in the morning” because they didn’t have rooms available and might not have any the next day either. I was actively coughing during this call. My fiancé and I got dressed and went to the front desk. Only then did the employee change his tone and apologize. When we explained I was having an asthma attack, he admitted that his own asthma acts up working there and said it’s a constant issue because of the indoor pool. Important detail: we were never informed that the hotel was under construction when booking. We explained that we could not stay due to my worsening asthma and were completely reasonable — we did not expect a refund for the single night and understood being charged for that day. We only requested a refund for the remaining five days of our stay. The hotel staff repeatedly told us that Hotels.com was the issue and that refunds had to go through them. However, when we contacted Hotels.com directly, they were 100% on board with issuing the refund and willing to process it immediately. The only reason it did not go through was because the hotel itself refused to approve it. The next morning, despite Hotels.com advocating on our behalf, we received an email stating the hotel would not confirm the refund. It wasn’t until we said we would escalate the situation further that the hotel finally approved the refund for the remaining days. Between the moldy, damp rooms, undisclosed construction, dismissive staff, and a serious health risk, this experience was unacceptable. If you have asthma, allergies, or value basic cleanliness and honest customer service — do not stay here.

    Got bargain points rate here because hotel is undergoimg renovation and breakfast is next door at the courtyard. As a platinum member got a very nice upgraded suite with sitting area and super large TV. Apparently there is only one handicap room in entire complex with a roll in shower and it is a simple king. All other rooms have tubs.

    The room smelled like mold mixed with cigarette smoke, when I left the hotel , my allergies went away!? And, the room Phone was either not working or the person at the front lobby was ignoring the 3 different times I tried calling for assistance with the t.v. And the toilet overflowed when I flushed at the same time, coincidentally, the top floor flushed theirs...

    To be fair, the building was under construction. Rooms were clean, situated across from a Mall, walking distance to restaurants.
