Clarion Inn near McAllen Airport

Doors didn't close properly on the rooms And there's supposed to be 2 locks but the bottom one didn't work. Pool was absolutely filthy and pretty sure they don't clean it. TV doesn't work , definitely have bed bugs we had to trash our stuff cuz of them. People were smoking weed when I said something they didn't do anything. So if you're asmatic don't go. The wifi only works for maybe 10 minutes a day. But the breakfast was good small portions but good. The do have bug problems and there's some parts of the floor broke so be careful if you stay at this place. No microwave in the room and the fridge doesn't work well. And the curtains are completely see-through. So anyone can look into your room. Toilet retreat, you repeatedly have to ask.

Great place if all you're looking for is a place to just sleep! TV only has Spanish channels and 1 English channel that kept glitching the 20min we tried to watch a movie. There wasn't any towels in the bathroom so bring your own if you don't wanna march back to the front desk to ask for any because there's no phone in the room. Beds were about a small full not queen size and one was broken. On the up side the breakfast was amazing

Worst motel/hotel in have ever stayed at. Walked into the room saw rabbit ears on the wall. No cable or satellite available for the TV. Only had 10 basic channels & 6 of them were in Spanish. Only had 2 big towels & no other ones. People standing in hallway slamming doors trying to get them to lock. Kids crying & carrying on thru out the evening & night. By far worst overnight experience I have ever had. Will never go there ever again.

The room was not the best. The walls actually looked like they were rotting. Only one lamp on the nightstand and the lampshade had very strange stains and did not work. TV did not work. WiFi did not work. The room was next to the entrance door and was so loud when it closed it echoed throughout the hallway. Asked to switch rooms and saw one available and it was somehow worse! Actual mold on the lampshades. Worst stay of my life. Wish I could get a refund.

Second time staying here for work because of points. First and foremost house keeping is a joke. Completely filthy... Got photos of everything. AC/Heater unit not working. I had to fix the toilet myself and buy my own toilet paper. Empty bottles of shampoo, random used soap bars, blood stains on sheets, walls and ceilings. When house keeping does come they just walk in regardless whether you are in the room or not. So please make sure you lock up accordingly. Homeless people walking around and trash everywhere!!! I'm going to be asking for my money back to pay my employer because as a parent I will refuse to have my children come here.
