    Clean, comfortable rooms and a great location in McAllen. The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the stay was quiet and relaxing. Very good value for the price—would stay here again.

    Stayed once before wasn't horrible (since we were only staying for 1 night) for the price when we checked in and headed to the room toilet was already clogged and not working. There was also a very off putting smell they came fixed toilet and left us air freshener. Booked again a couple months later but wasn't really feeling a good vibe ( we were gonna be staying 3 nights) so I canceled almost 2 months in advance and never got a refund. Got the email my refund was coming but when I tried tracking it with information giving in the email I didn't have access to it. Completely unacceptable 100% do not recommend Update: they respond here but when I reached out they never got back to me. Horrible service.

    The man at the front desk was very rude. I had made the reservation for my mother through the Booking app, making sure to list her name in the guest option. When she tried to check in the man in charge of the front desk claimed it was my name and not hers that appeared, refusing to check any further even though she had the confirmation code and the pin number. She was able to check in but after a lot of unnecessary back and forth an ugly demeanor from the man. The room had already been paid for. The location and quality of the hotel does not excuse the man's behavior and I will not be booking with them again unfortunately. Keep it in mind if you prepay and are booking for someone else.

    Good value. Basic facilities. My room did not have hangars for my clothes, nor was there a hairdryer, which the online information showed that there would be.

    I checked in my dad through an app, and then when he got there, they told him to wait 30 minutes, mind you check in at 3 and that’s when he came in. He waited 30 minutes and came back and they told him to wait again another 30 minutes when people who came after him were able to check in before him. The front desk guy was extremely rude and racist and it was just horrible.
